This is a total life changer. No stone will be left unturned to get you going. If major weight loss, competition, athletic skill set development, or exceptional fitness is where you want to go, this is for you. Includes adaptive, seasonal periodizations, indoor and outdoor work, dietary advice and medical advice, where possible.
This is pay as you go, in person, and means you do not want a set schedule, and just want one session at a time. This is useful for exercise program updates, and periodization. You MUST have previous experience doing specialized athletic exercises, with Integrated Athletic Systems or Aspen V.I.P International, to qualify.

Total = 36 one hour sessions. Depending on the start dates, you will be prepped for various athletic challenges that may interest you. Don't even THINK about this program, unless you are serious, and seriously capable of exceptional exercise challenges, and a clean cut from the food that helped you get where you don't want to be. Your mind must be incredibly determined, and body must be very resilient. Stop wasting time! Sessions should last 40 minutes, but you can go longer. 3 sessions per week, of HIIT and speed, agility, quickness, power and strength.
