1 Person Only. Learn the system. A straight up 2 week plan. 3 nonconsecutive sessions per week.

Tough 20 Sessions

U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. 50 sessions

About 4 months of serious training. Suitable for younger athletes getting ready for sports competition with beginning athletic skill sets. Also good for "older" athletes with experience, but may need a serious tune up for "muscle memory."

U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. 100 sessions

This is about 8 months of dedicated training. There may be a very short periodization section, where excercise modalities change. This is very comprehensive, and suitable for most people seeking to get great exercise, health and wellness lifestyle changes

U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E 150 sessions

$95/55 minutes

This is a total life changer. No stone will be left unturned to get you going. If major weight loss, competition, athletic skill set development, or exceptional fitness is where you want to go, this is for you. Includes adaptive, seasonal periodizations, indoor and outdoor work, dietary advice and medical advice, where possible.

This is pay as you go, in person, and means you do not want a set schedule, and just want one session at a time. This is useful for exercise program updates, and periodization. You MUST have previous experience doing specialized athletic exercises, with Integrated Athletic Systems or Aspen V.I.P International, to qualify.

Week one: 3x55 minute sessions on nonconsecutive  days.

The most comprehensive program available, with in person guidance! 

Total = 36 one hour sessions. Depending on the start dates, you will be prepped for various athletic challenges that may interest you. Don't even THINK about this program, unless you are serious, and seriously capable of exceptional exercise challenges, and a clean cut from the food that helped you get where you don't want to be. Your mind must be incredibly determined, and body must be very resilient. Weight management programs are a mixture of training, food shopping (billed separately at $150 ea.), in home cooking demonstrations (billed separately at $200 ea.).

C Suite Fitness

Stop wasting time! Sessions should last 40 minutes, but you can go longer. 3 sessions per week, of HIIT and speed, agility, quickness, power and strength.

3 sessions per week, with Be In Life exercises. These are mostly full body compound exercises, that emphasize agility, quickness, speed, power and strength. You will train like an athlete off season.
