IAS experiences from real people in Aspen - A Super Fit Young Collegian

Eric went through a total fitness course. Watch Eric's last two videos  accomplishing his final tough challenge!

Eric A's 1st boxing session

Eric played sports and was ready for the toughest type of training; fighting sports. There are many types of fighting disciplines. All require unbelievable levels of conditioning and a certain type of toughness no other sports require. They are one on one, physically trying to break the opponents through the personal delivery of physical punishment. You will not spar if there are any questions about your readiness from me or you. You will not be encouraged to spar, since injuries can be severe.

Eric A's last session

This was Eric's last sparring match. He really wanted to do this. This young man is well on his way to doing great things in life. Academic and athletic!
